Great food. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, and we really liked the spread and taste of the food. Staff could have been more cheering, but never the less, we enjoyed the ambience there. It is at a prime location and the view from our room was amazing, with a glimpse of panoramic lotus temple sight at the horizon. Room was comfortable and matched our expectations.

The hotel is an island of peace in the buzzling neighborhood. The room was large and well equipped with everything needed. I enjoyed alot the excellent pillows and linen for sleeping, the air conditioner not blowing directly on the bed! And I was sad for not having the time to enjoy and relax at the large pool. The breakfast had a very good variety. I will come again for sure.

Location is the main reason I booked this hotel as it is closer to Lotus temple. Bonus there is a complex adjascent where we can find different variety of foods. Closer to Metro and Cinemas that's a plus. Easily accessible buy Uber so good one too. Lobby was good, evening live piano music near the bar is awesome. Swimming pool is neat and tidy, sad we get time to get a dip. Plus open grass area to freshen up mind. Good place to spend couple of nights. Provided complimentary room upgrade to my booking.

All staff were friendly. Concerje manager Mr.Sunil Kumar advised my wife enjoyable city tour plan. He aranged a car as well with reasonal price. All places including the small corners are well cleaned:no dust.

We absolutely love this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional, helpful, courteous and professional. The swimming pool is the best we have experienced in Delhi as it is kept extremely clean by Ashish and is a very large pool. We love the wide range of choice at breakfast especially as a mixed British and Indian family, so everyone was happy. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views and the beds very comfortable indeed. A big thank you to all the staff for ensuring our family stay was absolutely perfect.

The hotel was well located and comfortable. The ground floor large and contained the lobby, concierge and conference / meeting registration desks, the breakfast dining room and the bar and cafe / restaurant with afternoon teas and meals. The were also clothing shops inside the hotel. There was a large international menu for breakfast to suit guests from many countries. The room was good with a desk for working.

The hotel is well located, near a park, the lotus temple, restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious with very good bathrooms. There is a good gym and nice swimming pool. The breakfast had plenty of options and great serving staff.

The stuff was so generous. Even though the architecture is not modern, the services were upto the mark and that’s the beauty of this property. Also, it is located in a very prime location where you can easily opt for metro. I was told that their breakfast buffet is exceptional and indeed it was. I traveled with my mother and our check in was around 2AM (as per hotel policy). As it was weekday so I request a hotel staff to check if early check in is possible as my mother is accompanying me. They considered my request and provided a room before 2AM. I am definitely considering Eros Hotel my topmost priority to stay in future.

Unfortunately, I had some stomach problems but on talking about it with the Guest Relations Manager, she lost no time in connecting me with a local doctor who also was very helpful. When one is not feeling well one looks for home but all the staff, including those at the restaurant, made me feel at home. Thank God I was able to take the long journey back home.

Breakfast was a good spread of both Indian food items & American breakfast consisting of bread, butter, cornflakes etc.. Good thing was that it was a leisurely breakfast. Even after 10:30 am which was closing time of breakfast, staff was not in hurry to wind up. They accommodated late arrivals for breakfast till 10:50 am.
